Your information is used to prepare quotations, process orders, arrange shipping and provide after-sales support. We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share only the minimum required data with freight forwarders, inspection agencies and banks to fulfil your order. Each partner is bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data retention
Order and export documents are retained for seven years to meet customs and tax requirements. Inquiry data without an order is deleted after 24 months.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@nexoraglobal.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies for language preference and session authentication. No advertising trackers are used.
