1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the quantity and specifications confirmed in writing. Currency fluctuations above 3% may require re-quotation.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 30,000.
3. Production and lead time
Lead times are estimates based on confirmed specifications. Delay caused by late artwork, specification changes or force majeure extends the delivery date accordingly.
4. Quality and claims
Goods are inspected before shipment and photo evidence is shared with the buyer. Claims for visible defects must be raised within 15 days of arrival with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
5. Shipping and documents
Unless agreed otherwise, goods are sold FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Export documents (invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin) are issued in the buyer's name and uploaded to the buyer portal.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the Ningbo International Arbitration Centre.
